The health and well-being of our community and staff is our #1 priority. As a result of Governor Inslee's and the CDC announcements recommending limiting large gatherings and concerns expressed by members of our community Belltown Strength and Conditioning is converting to 100% virtual classes through Zoom starting on Tuesday November 17th.

Training with our coaches on a one-on-one basis is the best way to reach your fitness goals. You will receive; in person consultation, individualized programming, body measurements, movement assessments, access to workshops, and much more. Please contact us below to get started.

 

Who We Are

Belltown Strength and Conditioning is more than just a gym - it is a community of intelligent coaches and eager to learn students striving to understand how to move better and live a healthier life. We train with purpose and aim to help each student reach their goals in and outside of the gym. All of our coaches are StrongFirst certified allowing for a more individualized experience even in a group setting. We focus on form first  and try to create an inclusive and positive environment for everyone. Whatever your mountain is we are here to help you reach your summit.

You will have access to all of our large group classes along with other perks including; workshops, Flex Fuel nutrition coaching, quarterly body assessments & measurements.

PRIVATE SKILL SESSION

This option is great if you want to get better at a specific movement so that you can get more out of your group classes. If deadlifts are giving you trouble we can help you get your form down with a 30 minute skill session.

DROP IN TO CLASS

This option is great if you want to try something new or just throw a change of pace into your normal workout routine. You can drop in to any of our large group classes with this option.

PRIVATE TRAINING
